I think what’s so confusing about this IE8 meta tag is that people are trying to explain it like it makes sense (since ALA likes it) and it just does not make any sense at all. This is one of the few articles that makes really good sense.

Jaxer – Server Side Javascript
Currently I’m in love with the idea behind Jaxer which is a server that lets you run javascript both on the client and server. Not sure when or if I’ll get a chance to play with this but the screencasts have me enamored.
